Hey, I'm Ez - I started CHILLI BABA during lockdown as a way to honour and reimagine my dad's original recipe. What began as a little bonding project during those weird Covid days grew into something much bigger: a handmade, small-batch chilli sauce rooted in Middle-Eastern flavours and real ingredients.
